The Portal to Nowhere was one of my favorite projects to work on in school. This was the first project that I had creative freedom to do whatever I wanted, so I decided to make this a fun one!
The project utilized Maya, Unreal Engine, Substance Painter, Substance Designer, and Niagara.
When researching environments and references, I set my sights on for New Mexico as the inspiration. I researched the types of rocks found in the area, as well as the moss types and rock formations to create believability.
